Jamie’s Story
My name is Jamie Glazier and I am a qualified peak performance and mental conditioning coach.
I talk from experience when I say that I know what it is like to put oneself through hard work and PAIN to achieve a goal. I am 35 years young and when I was 26 I was told that I needed to have back surgery and afterwards I would still need a walking stick and never play sport again. Even possibly end up in a wheel chair. As a passionate sportsperson aspiring and working towards becoming a professional golfer, and after playing on the tennis circuit for many years this was devastating news to me. I decided that I was not going to accept this news even after spending fifteen months lying on the ground, hardly being able to move, and experiencing absolute pain. After seeking a second opinion from a great surgeon, I acknowledged that I had to undergo surgery, but was told that my recovering would be totally dependent on my attitude to rehabilitation. It was time for me to actually practice the theories of mind control that I had already been studying for many years.
Everyday after surgery I pushed the boundaries of pain by staying totally focused on my goal of not only living a healthy normal life for a 26 year old, but also getting back to playing sports. I undertook a gruelling regime of exercise and swimming, at times clearing the tears from my goggles and painful stretching every single day for the next three months. There were times when I was feeling defeated, frustrated and felt like giving in, but the lessons I had learnt in controlling the mind, staying focused, motivated and goal driven, kept me on track.
I believe that the mental techniques contained in my video programs will not only bring you greater success in your chosen field and separate you from your competitors, but will also give you many skills that you will be able to implement into your everyday life.
