Lucas Herbert continued his good form at the Scottish Open with a T4 finish and his best result in a Rolex Series event on the European Tour.
Herby went into the weekend with a 1 shot lead but struggled to handle the hideous conditions thrown at the players on Saturday afternoon, resulting in a 79 and moving back to T22 with one round to go.
The disappointment of Saturday's round was left at the course on Saturday and a fresh focus was put in place for Sunday, the intent was to put together a good round and try and move back into the Top 10. Well, after putting together a super 1st 12 holes, Herby found himself in the lead and a real chance of winning his 1st Rolex Series event.
Posting a Final Round -6 65 would ultimately have him finishing in 4th position and another fantastic result, moving him up to 66 in the World Golf Rankings.
This weeks event is the BMW PGA played at the beautiful Wentworth Golf Club where Herby will continue to chase his 2nd Win of the year and a chance to move inside the Top 50 in the World Golf Rankings.
