After spending the last 5 weeks working with my US based athletes I came home wondering more about what we call here in Australia the Tall Poppy syndrome...and more importantly how inhibiting it can be to the growth of your Mental Performance on the Golf Course.
Guys, it is time to re focus. No matter what there is always good stuff to take out of every round of golf, and processing this information ( not the stuff that doesn't matter ) serves us more powerfully and meaningfully.
Lets kick the practice of telling those around what we didn't do well and focus on what we did do well. This is the stuff that success is built around.
